I announced this list a few days ago.
In my opinion these artists are the best examples that we had in 2003 ofr new artists who are
'going against the grain' to try and extend OUR music into the future. These are types of
INDEPENDENT artists, producing music that Soul-Patrol wants to get behind and do what we can
to help them to become sucessful.
There are of course many others, but in our opinin, these are the TOP FIVE FOR 2003.
