Joining me in the studio at the end of Stylin 199 was Mika from Fukuoka, Japan. Her late arrival and sunglasses could be blamed on a late night checking Mark de Clive-Lowe and Bembe Segue live at Open Sesame, but I was in the same predicament. Mika hosts her own radio show and DJs in Fukuoka and puts on an annual party there called Ultra Lounge which Kano and I played at a couple of years ago.
And then Stylin 200! It didn't even occur to me until after doing the show that we'd reached this milestone. Thanks to So it was good to have another mix from Tom Strauch for this show. Tom of course being the man behind one of Germany's funkiest labels, Switchstance. Check for their hot tune 'Clap Your Hands' by Kabanjak currently doing the rounds on 12" and the Protassov & Kabanjak album.
