Picking up on the thread about records with cool electric piano. Over the
weekend I was reminded of another jazz funk act from the late 70's. A
Brazilian band by the name Azymuth released a number of albums which were
jazz funk with a Brazilian swing. I have one album on tape which is
really cool and funky. From what I remember reading about them in the UK
back music press at the time, they were a trio (bass, drums and keyboard)
who were successful in the States at the time.timetime
