It's weird that I'm writing this because :
A) I work at a Jazz station and just happen to be playing M,M & W on the air
while reading all your mail.
B) And because I hate the Dead and allthat (ie phish and BT
(but I love the allstars because they are MODS not hippies or rockers).
BUT
the other night I was playing the Plaid remix of the new Red Snapper
(Get some Sleep Tiger) for a friend (named Jonathan) and he told me that
it sounded just like a "Space" he had on tape from a deadshow in 1974.
weird.
It's all rock and roll, from prodigy to mingus or maybe, it's all Jazz...
respect.
