Just to let you know...

Two new 12" singles are now out and sure to excite you with their
otherworldly gelatinous qualities:

Q-BURNS ABSTRACT MESSAGE - Flava Lamp/A Song For Peace 12"
(on Mephisto Records MR011) Some have confused these with songs about love
and hope... but they are actually about getting down in a nasty oil lamp
groove while twirling your freshly naked dance partner over your head.
Funky wah wah geetar beat jams and backspin "Rock The Bells" mayhem are all
present. Remixes by Orpheos Music (Mephisto Odyssey) and M. Deshay.
Available from Watts, Nemesis, TRC, Silent, and Seventh City Distribution,
as well as your favorite independent record shop.

Q-BURNS ABSTRACT MESSAGE - The Toast EP 12" (on Sunburn Records SPF004)
I saw the restored version of VERTIGO last night and it reminds me of
listening to this record... paranoid high anxiety jitters and SanFran
altitude adrenalin injections! Three different tunes for ya here, with
"Toast" leading the pack in moving chilled out house music. "Pools In Eyes"
is present for the shuffle set (this track is also found on Internal Bass'
"Boneshakers 2: Phat Choons" CD mixed by DJ BMF and City Of Angels'
"Changes: Modern Moods In Jazz" CD). Lastly, "Jericho Roads" is a biblical
tale of the demonic 'funky breaks' path. Use the force, Luke. Available
from Watts, Nemesis, TRC, Silent, and Siren Distribution as well as most
vinyl-supplying shops.

Also coming soon:
PIMP DADDY NASH - The Love Supreme EP on Delancey Street UK
and SELECTED MATERIAL, the follow-up to MIXED EMOTIONS, also on Delancey
Street UK...

"There's an emphasis nowadays in hip-hop on how you're representing instead
of what you're representing. Think of the realms you travel to create what
hasn't been created- take it to where it hasn't been taken. Art can always
be improved upon. It's constant travel, so you can't really trip off it."
