Bob,

We truly appreciate your acknowledgment of the legend, Miles Davis. It is
also encouraging to see that the RRHOF is finally paying tribute to this
genius, who for decades, has been in the Hall Of Fame of the hearts and
minds of fans, young and old, all over the globe. It would
have been nice for Miles to have been able to smell these flowers while he
was still alive, however, better late than never.

Mandrill was fortunate to share the stage with Miles Davis at Bill Graham's
Fillmore West in San Francisco in the early 70's. It was a
tremendous, standing room only, event. Elvin Bishop opened the show,
followed by Mandrill and then the great one, Miles, did his thing.

The beauty of Soul Patrol, Bob, is that you highlight and give a platform to
our true legends long before the mainstream catches up to
that reality. You are providing the world, via the internet, with such
valuable information and education. More power to you and Soul Patrol.

Peace,

Ric
