I agree with Lo-Ki. I think that there is no problem with someone=20
announcing the release of an album or the date of a concert, as long as=20
the person clearly states his/her involvement with the particular event
and as long as there is no sales-targeted content in it.

I think that people who have been on this list for quite a while know who=
=20
is who and know what comes from a listener's standpoint and what comes=20
from a businessperson's standpoint. Beware of the newbies! :) Luckily,
this list hasn't had many such problems. These recent posts have been=20
the most pollution we've had for a while.

Overall, I do not like posts that blatantly sell products for "$9.99"
and I hate web sites that advertise a product without making it clear=20
that they have received money for putting that product information on=20
their web site. You know what I'm talking about: ethics people, ethics!
