that'd have to be me. as per theresa (who i'm glad to see has kept a
connection between this list and the all-stars alive and well during my
summer abroad), i have no financial affiliation with the all-stars.

just old friends makin good music; i have some old friends makin bad
music, too, but you won't be hearing about them unless they improve. i
actually post very little about greyboy or the allstars, just the
occasional name,date,track listing,itinerary stuff -- as objective as i
can keep it.

as for mr. fogcity's post re: the allstars' show, if he is affiliated
with any company other than 'greyboy records', his reccomendation should
carry even greater weight. after all, though we'd like to see everyone
do well, the reality is that there is a music *business* going on here,
and to plug the "competition" means they MUST be hot.

personally, i think the man is quite innocent and dead-on in his review.
the allstars are TIGHT, but don't take his word for it, and by jiminy
don't take mine...go see for yourself before the clubs are too packed and
the cover too steep.

EZnoh,

ps. one of these days grey and/or the band will probably end up on-line
themselves, hopefully with a homepage and a subscription to a couple of
key mailing lists. keep working on it, theresa...

Alexees & Mike:

DAAAAMN, you guys sure act fast! :) BTW, isn't that a great use of technology
there? If I wasn't able to upload the soundfile, I doubt any of you would
know what I was talking about...

Anyway, thanks for at least getting the first step. Both of you mentioned
"Always There" is a cover. Who did the original? Both of you also
mentioned it was covered by Incognito - I assume it was on "Inside Life",
since that's the only Incog. album I don't have, and I don't see it
anywhere.

Thanks again for the info!
