Please don't think I'm against commercial postings, I'm not! In fact, would
this be a good time to discuss the FILA Sportswear compilation I did,
available at FILA stores nationwide, featuring the Broun Fellinis, Alphabet
Soup and other stars too numerous to mention? Maybe not.
My mail probably seemd stronger than my actual feelings but my point is it's
an odd way to get publicity by potentially offending people that could help
you. For my promo list I watched who posted things that were relevant to my
CD, here and in several newsgroups and sent them the promo. I did the work.
As for $8.00 a promo, someone's being snowed. That figure is way too high
unless this is a vanity CD.
Anyway, keep the commercial posts coming, keep the hot tips coming (Jive
Samba at the Up & Down Club in San Francisco last night was a hoot,
especially with the wheat beer and boogaloo) and I'll cool my jets!
