Don't know of an EWF tune called that, but your description would fit the
classic "Brazilian Rhyme", from the LP "All 'n All". Starts off with this
"clicky" percussion, and then Philip Bailey comes in with a kind of
latin-y wordless vocal, and then the bass and drums come in. The whole
track is quite short - only two minutes or so. The LP also includes
another classic and much sampled EWF instrumental "Running", and is well
worth getting, as is the follow up "I Am".
It has been sampled a few times. Marcus Miller did a (rather good) cover
version of it on his most recent LP, too.
