The second is called "Its a Jungle in Here" from 1993. It has acoustic
piano,organ.
They recently came out with there 3rd CD called
"Friday Afternoon in the Universe"
This one has the funk you want - almost psychedelic.
Also of note is an avant-jazz CD Medeski did in 1993 with guitarist David
Fiuczynski - this is a great CD, think of a collision between
Return to Forever and Hendrix with a '90's feel. Its called "Lunar Crush"
I should be getting some live soundboard tapes of the band soon if anyone
wants to trade tapes.
