I need a bit of help with a mailing list I am compiling. Basically, Eighth
Dimension Records is trying to get together a promo mailing list for DJs,
stores, clubs, magazines, etc. I've got a bunch of info already, but I need a
little bit more. What I need from all of you out there is the addresses and
contact numbers of anyone I should have on my list, worldwide.
Basically, for retail stores, I need to know the addresses & phone numbers of
music stores you know of that carry 12" dance & acid jazz vinyl. I also need to
know about clubs and magazines (even fanzine-sized) that play or review this
vinyl.
If you are a DJ on this list (and I know there are quite a few), send me your
address and information about yourself (where you spin, how often, what styles,
etc.).
In compensation for the information, I will try to send something to everyone
who helps me out... at the very least, all will get a copy of Soul Power. I'll
also try to send an Eighth Dimension sampler tape, as supplies last.
Keep in mind my mailing list is not limited to the United States. This is to be
a worldwide mailing list.
