UFO/Kruder & Dorfmeister/Takemura

I hope to see everyone who is near or in San Diego at the UFO/Kruder &
Dorfmeister show on Wednesday 6/14. Look out for a DJ Takemura gig the
following week. It's not often that San Diego is graced with this type of
international talent, and I think anyone and everyone who is interested in
this music should show up and support.

Also a bit of news on the Step Jazz front: the mag was delayed in printing
due to some printer b.s., but we will have issue #10 in hand by Friday
6/16. That evening in San Francisco we will have a release party at 330
Ritch Street, so I hope to see you SF people there. In issue #10 we're
featuring DJ Krush, Jump With Joey (swing ska band based in Los Angeles,
featuring members of the Solsonics), The Gilbert Castellanos Quartet, and a
whole herd of surprises. Check it out, if you can. Those who haven't seen
the magazine, drop me an e-mail and tell me where you're located and I can
tell you where the nearest drop-spot might be.
