a few have asked about what's going on in new york over the next few weeks.
i'm sorry i haven't been my usual post-happy self and helped them out, but
i've been mad busy (the group i work with is finishing their album this
week--we're scheduled to finish at midnight, july 3-4).

sooooooo, if anyone else from new york wants to step up and tell us all
what's goin' on, i'd appreciate it too.

a couple of things i do know:

The JVC Jazz festival and the Knitting Factory Jazz festival are both
happening now.

at bryant park tonight (friday) from 5-10, for free:
