BNH: Original Flava vs. Excursions...

Howdy! I'm new to the list, as well as fairly new to "the term AJ." I've
noticed some recent postings about the Brand New Heavies' 12" "Mind Trips."
However, when I went to my local disc outlet here in Seattle, I found not
only the single but a new cd relase on the Acid Jazz/Hollywood label -
*Original Flava*. The single also noted the *Excursions* long-player
released on Deliscious Vinyl. What's the deal? Two labels, two almost
simultaneous releases. Anybody checked out *Original Flava*? Are the cuts
previously released from other Heavies long-players? Before they signed to
Delicious?

Also, noticed an ad at Tower for other Acid Jazz/Hollywood releases by Out
of Here and Mother Earth. Any thoughts? Would appreciate pointers & info.
