pogi! :) Hehehe...

I don't get it; Incognito sounds more like R&B than "pogi jazz." Many of the
tracks in "100 Degrees" sound more like Anita Baker than Hiroshima,
especially the first tune.

No, the best you get are certain radio stations, usually college stations
or publicly-funded "eclectic" stations which feature radio shows that
play our type of music.

Of course, you also have Top 40 stations in the UK which play a lot of
this kind of stuff; what is considered "underground retro dance music" in
the US is all over the Top 40 in Britain. In London, there's a station
called "J-FM" which is a mix of "Pogi Jazz" (Yuppie Jazz) with some '70s
jazz-funk and some of the more commercial acid jazz.

I think it's called "Where Do We Go From Here," for sure off their
"Positivity" album.

ANOTHER BIG INCOGNITO NOTE: An Incognito mailing list might be coming
soon to cyberspace! Email hansen@worldmachine.com if you think this is a
good idea (not a formal subscription notice, just let him know if you
want an Incognito list started!). He's discussed this option on the
Level 42 mailing list, of which he is the listadmin.

(Sorry, Eric, just had to do this, don't get mad @ me, okay? The
timing is right! :)) Oh yeah, the guy who might start the Incognito list
is also here on the acid-jazz list...
