What is acid jazz

Just checked out the Web site recommended yesterday on the list (forgot
by who, accidentally deleted the post sorry)called 'Acid Jazz - but is it
jazz' www.buzznet.com/05/beats/acid jazz/index.html.

Its as good a background piece to answer the 'What is acid jazz' question
for newcomers to the vibe as any I've seen, the reference to N'Dea
Davenport hooking up with the BNH through Jazzmatazz notwithstanding.

I'd say a thread to this piece from the acid jazz server could be in order
- how about it Erik B?
