Check out Mother Earth's new album!
Any fans of Mother Earth's very individual Santana style mix of funk
It's called You've Been Watching and is on Focus (part of ACID JAZZ
records). I bought it yesterday and it is very good.
The songs are very varied, some 'People Tree'ish in being funky rock
belters, some 'Stoned Woman'ish in being ambientier funk. Kinda.
Included is a Small Faces cover (Wham Bam Thank You Mam), one of the numbers
on Totally Wired 12 (Life Eternity) and some generally tight, funky
drumming, bassing, guitaring and hammonding (I know they're not verbs but
they should be!).

After the release shenannigans of Freethinker EP, it was such a relief to
walk into my local record store and buy this album on the day it was released!
