just a note to say thanks Steve, for the enthusiastic reviews of Strong
at the crocodile cafe on Wednesdays. I appreciate it greatly. Please bear
in mind however, that we are not
affiliated with tasty shows in any way.
Anyways, here is the schedule for the forthcoming weeks:
tuesday sept. 26 : Juergen (Easystreet records and Jazz fusion
band Pangea) and
myself DJing.
wednesday 0ct. 4 : Josh aka Quest and myself Djing. Free jazz in
lounge w/ members
of Crowd Control.
wednesday Oct.11: Bobby aka Hebegebe and myself Djing. Also free
jazz in lounge w/
members of Micron 7 and Hit
Explosion.
wednesday Oct.18: Dj Sam stirs it up w/ her downtempo jams. also
myself spinning.
In the lounge: Rare groove and
the cream of soul by Dj King
Midas.
wednesday Oct. 26 jazz and jungle by dj Masa ( exotique imports)
I play as well.
lounge act to be determined.
tuesday Oct. 31 Halloween party boyeeeee. Quest, myself, and
Donald Glaude (Steve
Austin, dominator, funky techno
tribe) spin the cuts.
Lounge act : free jazz feat. members
of Micron 7 and Hit Explosion.
Each night the Dj is accompanied by Dave Martin on the drum
kit, Johnny on congas,
Donald glaude with live scratchovers, and a wind instrumentalist.
