All right. I have always been interusted in jazz, my dad listens to it all
the time. But, my first exposures would have been: first, after reading an
article in my mom's Elle magazine about massive attack, I went out and
bought "blue lines", so tr*p-h*p, but close. Next was picking up the first
"blue break beats" CD, now listening to breaks all the time I was intigued.
I also saw the producer/complier of the album was from AcidJazz records.
I picked up the "Rebirth of the Cool Vol.1 (US)" and after hearing UFO's
"Loud Minority" I was hooked. subscribing to this list has kept me from
keeping cash in my wallet when I go by a good record store.
