Quoting text and reply-tos...

Hey folks,

Not to be a jerk, but lets make an effort to cut down on bandwidth here when we
quote WHOLE messages and add a few words of support or dissent.

While most of us might not read everything that comes across this mailing list,
it makes little sense to quote whole messages if you're adding only a few words
onto those quoted thoughts.

Lets make an effort to trim down quoted text while keeping it true to the
original poster's thoughts. Most of us would rather hear your thoughts and a
quick synopsis of the quoted text. If we can snip the quoted text to the
essentials, we wont have to download as much as often and in general we can
save time and energy.

Does this make sense or am I being anal?
