As a musician I do sympathize with Dano's view, but there is no need to
create hierarchies here. The fact is that people can do really creative
things with samples and turntables and really derivative uncreative things
with musical instruments. The opposite is also true. It's not a matter of
what tools you use that is important, it's how you use them.
