If you like the Sound Gallery album, I'd recommend you to try a couple of other
good 'easy listening' albums available in the UK at the moment:
-The Sound Spectrum (from the curators of the Sound Gallery)
When! Records (Castle Communications) WENCD 005
It covers a wide selection of stuff, from Roy Budd's excellent soundtrack to the
Michael Caine film Get Carter to a blaxploitation style classic (Hot Wheels by
Badder than Evil) and some good cheesy easy listening.
-The Easy Project (20 Loungecore Favourites)
Sequel Records (Castle Communications) NEM CD 772
Not quite as hot as Sound Gallery, it covers earlier easy listening from the
Sixties rather than the Seventies. There are, however, some fine themes from TV
series and a couple of really cheesy covers of more well-known tracks
(Mayfield's Superfly by Synthesonic Sounds!)
Good luck!
