I know that the JTQ had a whole series of remixes of Love the Life done around
the time of the Do Your Own Thing release, mainly by top Brit dance DJ's. I've
got the 12" and 7" versions- the twelve is excellent, a real powerhouse groove;
it's by Danny Rampling. The seven is a 'strings mix' by someone I can't
remember, and it's not as good. There were some unreleased (as far as I know-
I've seen some vinyl promos) remixes of this tune when Supernatural Feeling was
released, but I don't like that version as much anyway. Stick to the earlier
one. The vinyl of the twelve is now pretty rare, and much sought-after here in
the UK- it goes for about a tenner, because Rampling is now such a well-known
character over here. I seem to remember that the promo of the Supernatural
version had 4 tracks, all different mixes, whereas the earlier twelve had the
original, the remix, and a different track. Mail me if you'd like precise
track/catalogue details.
