1. I've included a list of people who expressed interest in receiving a
copy of the video on the bottom of this mail. Please check the list and
make sure that your street number or PO Box number is up to date.
If there is no street number or PO Box, that means that you have not
sent me your address. People who have not yet requested a video are
still welcome to send their address, but I'd like to cut off the requests
on February 1st.
2. Send $3 cash (for shipment) to the following address:

3. Upon sending money for shipment, please send mail to ME
at typotherapy@massive.com, and let me know that you have
done so. This also serves to confirm who is or is not signed
up to acid-jazz still and therefore who is, or is not able to
read this mail.
4. When Dan Recieves your shipment money and completes
your dub, he will send your copy to you. Please note that there
are a little over 40 some requests and therefore this process
may take a little time to complete. If you don't receive a video
4-6 weeks after sending your money to Dan, please get in touch
with him at <dbidwa@SEI.CMU.EDU>. If there are still problems
please get in touch with me at typotherapy (though I completely
trust that Dan will come through :)
