Joyshout asked about the Stairs' LP/CD "Mexican R'n'B". The Stairs are
garage pop very much in the style of the Chocolate Watch Band
(trainspotters will notice the lyrics to "Are You Gonna Be There"
embedded within). Judging by your previous posts, I'm not sure if you
will find it to be your cup of tea. Garage rockers like Adam Goldstone
will be sure to enjoy it; however, make sure you're familiar with the CWB
first and you'll appreciate it that much more. "Mexican R'n'B" was
issued on
GoDisc! and is probably out of print by now. It's not too hard to find
though, and you should be able to find a copy in the cut out bins.
