FW: speed of music

I agree there are a lot of lame US rappers. No style. It seems to me that
the music behind hip hop seems to be always changing, experimenting but
the rapping style has not changed in a big way (outside of dancehall). Of
course there are the exceptions but they are more the exception not the
general scene. Thoughts?

P.S.: Has anyone read "Gangsta: Merchandising the Rhymes of violence" by

Personally, I'd much rather listen to Rob (the 'rapper' from Galliano)
than
hours of wannabe "gangstas". You really need to see Galliano live to get
the
full picture.
