Couldn't agree more. It seems to me that a lot of rap acts are rated not
on what they say, but how they say it. The rappers with something to say
seem to be in a minority these days.

IMHO Galliano's "57th minute of the 23rd hour" is a classic, but it's difficult
to judge it as a straight hip-hop track (because it isn't one)
