Hi,

Thought you might like to know about some
gigs by a really kicking group I roadie for.

They are called the _Groove Connection_.

Play funk with a rocky edge, and healthy splatterings of Jazz.
Consists of a drums, percussion, bass, guitar, hammond,
trumpet and tenorsax. No vocals, so no corny lirics getting
in the way of the groove (Except for some shouting).

If you're not jumping around at the end of the gig you must be,
brain dead!

(BASS player Berty, played with James Taylor before he became BIG)

Up and coming dates:

20th March - The Ship Inn, 347 high street rochester,
Kent

31st Msrch - Who'd a Thought It, Headcorn road,
Grafty Green, Kent

16th April - Expressions Concept Bar, Pier Road,
Gillingham, Kent

21st April (My B'Day) - The Cherry Orchard,
Deanwood Drive, Rainham, Kent.

3rd June - Frobisher & Friends, 57 High Street,
Maidstone, Kent.

Thats it for now.

If their is anybody out there that wants a regular gig update,
or any other business/fun or bands in swale area looking for an
auto sax player (not very good one, only been playing few months,
BUT is improving) my e-mail is

Peace

Si or RedDog(when at gigs)

P.S. How the hell do I reply to acid-jazz mail, when the from
address seems to be a personal address? Do I just send my reply
with the correct subject entry????
