What's Up in San Francisco?; Straight No Chaser

First things first - ck, you asked if SNC #35 had been seen in the
states? I grabbed it up here in Seattle a couple weeks ago, actually.
I have to admit I didn't notice the Dust Brothers interview was yours,
but it was the first I turned to! Excellent exposure of the Church as
well. All in all a very complete issue: it plays traditional jazz
against "Beat Headz" articles and throws in a lot of latin rhythm news
for good measure... Although it's always been a well-assembled
magazine, I felt this one was much more in tune with my particular
interests.

Next: what's going on in San Francisco this weekend? I'll be down
there from Friday night (tho getting in late) til Monday morning and I'd
love to see what the city has to offer... It'll be me & at times
anywhere from three to five others who appreciate the club scene, so
I'll probably be searching out the clubs I've heard mentioned on the
list like 330 Ritch and the Elbo Room. But if any of you have better
nightlife suggestions, or for that matter, daylife suggestions, lemme
know! Hell, I don't even know what hotel to stay at yet so even that
kind of advice would be great. It's kind of a seat-of-the-pants trip.

them to me? Appreciate it.
