His album, 'Splanky' is definately worth getting if you're into more
modern jazz. The feel of the pieces sort of reminds me of Bheki
Mseluku's (sp?) stuff (although I'm no expert). What I liked most
about the album is that there is very little fretboard pyrotechnics,
he definately shows that he's a really good song-writer and supports
his other players as a bass is supposed to.
