I've joined this list recently and would like to post these
long awaited questions I have:
a) I'm an *absolute* fan of The Brand New Heavies and
Incognito. Of course I like (and have) a lot of records
from other bands like Jamiroquai, Galliano, Guru, Quiet
Boys, Young Disciples, (other 50 follow)...
I would like to know if there are any official sites
online (or anywhere else) where I could get show information,
record and merchandise availability. For a long time I've been
wishing to plan a trip to the US or UK to see a live show of
these bands, but I need to plan it with some time, as you can
imagine... :-)
b) Also (like many of us) I am a "old 70s disco music"
collector. Any disco mailings lists around?
c) And finally I would like to get email or snail
addresses of record stores accepting international mail
orders where I could find 12", maxis, remixes and all
kind of rare material on UK, US and Japanese acid jazz.
Any kind of info will be highly appreciated.
