Who can buy me a concert ticket in London?

I live in Hamburg, Germany, and it seems to be impossible to get a ticket
for a concert in London.

Is there anyone outside there who could buy me the ticket and send it to me?

(Ooops, it is no AJ-concert. I=B4d like to see ... the Who)
