One of the earlier records Sam Sever produced was a 12" on Sleeping Bag from 1988 by
former Mantronix MC, Tricky Tee "Leave It To The Drums/I've Got It Good" that sounded
similar to Mantronix. He also did production for 3rd Bass and was part of a group on
Def Jam called Downtown Science that had an LP out in 1991.
