Please remind me of the details on this release. What label is it on? I
just got the new Rebirth CD--it's number four here in the lower 48. I just
compared Feel the Sunshine tracks on this one and on Quango Sport. They
seem to be the same, although Quango identifies it as the "vocal mix."
I've been enjoying this continous-mix CD for several weeks. I would label
this one "feel-good" drum 'n' bass compared to, for example, Bukem's
continuous mix (see below). There's a Reece remix of Tricky's Brand New
You're Retro on the Quango CD that kicks--in a laid back sorta way, but
maybe that's the kind shit I like but which fails to "energize" others.

Off the Reece/Bukem subject for a moment, somebody please help me! I've
just got to know the source of that sample on Adam F's Circles track on
this Quango Sport CD. You know, the synth/organ chords just before the
"check, check, check..." vocal. Isn't this from some 70s/80s fusion,
feel-good, "lite" jazz song? Please! It's bugging the hell out of me not
being able to put a finger on it...

I recently acquired Bukem's continuos mix, mixmag live! vol. 3 LTJ Bukem,
on Moonshine. In the mix are: Fokus; Source Direct; Future Bound; Funky
Technicians; PFM; LTJ Bukem; Code of Practice; Intense; FBD; JMJ & Richie.
Would this be the new release? Starts with a sample from an old TV (?)
series with the phrase "Book 'em, Dano." Um, took me a coupla times to
make the connection. Anyone know the show this is from, just for the sake
of trivia?
