I don't know Ben Wilcox (apart from his vinyl selection in SNC) and haven't
seen him DJ so I cant really comment on his capabilities but it just goes to
show that sometimes (perhaps a lot of the time) it isn't 'what' you know but
'who' you know. Also it can be a matter of being in the right place at the
right time.
BTW Has anyboby else got a copy of the new LTJ Bukem comp. called 'Earth'.
It's a very interesting mixture of stuff, not just Drum&Bass. My favourite
tracks are by the Poets of Thought, I've never heard of them before but the
three tracks represented here are blinders. Definately a name to look out for
if you're into the abstract Jazz/Hip Hop thang...
