I haven't heard "It's Coming" but from your discription I can guess that
you'd *LOVE* "Timber" by Grantby. Again it is similar to an instrumental
"Unfinished Sympathy", but it has amazing loops and scratches as well a
superb drum/bass line sampled from the incidental Soundtrack to the
James Bond movies. It is available in England on Cup of Tea Records and
is on the "Cup of Tea" compilation as well as various trip-hop
compilations - I strongly advise you hunt it down and buy it as it is
one of my favourite tracks *ever*.

And of course there's always "Clubbed To Death" by Rob D on Mo'Wax, it
is available in two parts but I can't remember which part has the best
mix (it's called "The Karymina Variation or something).
