just the word "subscribe" (without the quotes) in the message body,
then send it to:
breaks-request@xmission.com if you want to receive the live version or
breaks-digest-request@xmission.com for the digest version.

I got a copy of Om Records' _Soul Motion_ CD and CDROM, and although I
haven't had a chance to properly listen to it, I did have fun watching
excerpts of "Superfly" on my computer...
PS - I vote for the list name to stay as it is--it hasn't stopped us yet!
