This could be off the new Oranj Symphonette album of Mancini covers.
Haven't heard the album yet, so I can't comment on how funky and AJish it
might be. I believe it's on Rykodisc for those interested.
Elson's band also gives the Pink Panther theme a great funk treatment
(opinion based on a short clip off the Jibe page) but it's unlikely that
that's what the DJ was spinnin' way over in Spain. :-)
