Cassandra Wilson / Courtney Pine

Hi, I've been lurking for quite a while and I wanted to thank you all
for the vast amounts of great info I've found here.

I first heard Cassandra Wilson on Courtney Pine's album and fell in
love with her voice. I read a review of her new album on BlueNote's
web site which intrigued me, but I wanted to get some of your
opinions.

Also, speaking of Courtney Pine, what are his other albums like? Are
they infused with hip-hop like "Modern Day Jazz Stories" or are they
more straight-up jazz?
