Yup, I'll try.
It's probably best to try Berwick Street first, Soho, London W1V. There =
are loads of record shops down there. It's quite easy to get to as =
well. If you take the tube to Totenham Court Road tube station (on the =
Northern line), walk for about five minutes along Oxford Street towards =
Bond Street tube station. About half way between Totenham Court Road =
station and Bond Street station, on your left, you should find Berwick =
Street. There's Sister Ray, Select-A-Disk, Black Marcket Records, =
Reckless Records... the list goes on!
While your near Oxford street, you might try Virgin Megastore as it has =
a huge selection at decent prices. It's just outside Totenham Court =
Road Tube Station. Or HMV which is a little further up Oxford Street =
that Berwick Street.
You could also try the Rough Trade shop in Covent Garden. It's down =
Neal's Yard. If you walk out of Covent Garden tube station you should =
be able to see an Our Price if you look arround. Walk down that street =
with Our Price on your right. And then I think it's the second turning =
on the left which you have to go down. Then Neal's Yard is a little =
alley on your right. The Rough Trade shop its self is under Slam City =
Skates, a skating shop. It's small but it has an incredible selection a =
decent records.
