speaking of eric hilton (aka exodus qt. and thievery corp) and the
whole dc crew, i have been working with him since i arrived in dc...his
club, the 18th street lounge, is a nice spot, but its 21+ and yuppie
atmosphere makes is hard for all to enjoy...on the other hand, they have
opened up a new club around the corner called RED, and for anyone in the
area, i urge you to check wednesday nites which is SOUNDLAB -
experiments in jazz, drum&bass, and dub...also, look for the curren
thievery 12" called DUBPLATE, and a new one coming in about 2 weeks
featuring the first thievery experiment with jungle...
