Ha. I think so but I thought a more distinguishing feature of the film was
the fact that brother Charles has a penis that strangles people!! I didn't
want to give this away before in case anyone hasn't seen it.
Basically, this guy gets "disfigured" by some BAD-ASS cops on his way to
jail and while in prison his disfigurement takes on SUPERNATURAL (shameless
plug for my band) capabilities. All this AND social commentary!
Is this the same film you're thinking of?
