Compilations: JIMMY JAY PRESENTS LES COOL SESSIONS, Vols. 1 and 2
HIP-HOP NON-STOP, Vols. 1 & 2 (also Jimmy Jay prods.)

Also, there are two soundtracks to the movie "La Haine" that are
worth picking up. And there's an article on French hip-hop in the
current issue of _Muzik_ (the one w/Laurent Garnier on the cover).

The Silent Poets are actually Japanese, but they work with various
international vocalists/rappers, such as Menelik. I only have a
few of their releases but they're well worth investigating.
