i'd recommend you check out my site:

The groove guide is quite a large database of labels, bands, gigs,
releases, clubs, radio stations, etc. Although jungle isnt my taste (and
to me, DRUM AND BASS always sound best when played by human beings) I
think you may have luck with some of the labels listed there.
