I know we're not having a film discussion here, but I have to make
a point here. I think that you are being a little harsh. I am of
the opinion that not only is Kids a great film, but it was also very
daring film on the part of the director. The audacity of the film
and its message should be applauded. I do agree that it could
possibly be a deterimental influence on some people, but that is no
reason for writing the film's genius off. Besides, there are way to
many movies and television shows out which contain this same message,
but fail to be as powerful as Kids is.
