They're on Thrill Jockey, an indie outta Chicago with Tortoise being its
most notable act. I heard a song by them on the WNUR (Northwestern's
station) and I thought it was excellent. Sounded like the first
jungle-orientated song I've heard that sounded like it was all played by
live instruments. It had a real nice groove to it as well. I'm real
interested to hear the new album and see if its more of the same. I
asked my resident indie rock roomate, and he said that their last album
didn't go over all that well, but looked lost when I told him the song
had drum n bass undertones... they seemed to have changed their style up
quite a bit from the last he conjectured.
