Nick's band rocks! I got to hear them a couple weeks ago in a rehersal,
and MAN, that music is so funky it makes you wanna get down and dance.
It grooves really, really hard. This is not your garage band by any
means, we're talkin' strictly professional quality tight funky
music(Nick been playin' piano since he was 3 or 4 yrs old). The band
consists of a drummer, whose as tight as a TR-808;a bass player, who can
match him in tightness 'n funk; Nick, on Clavinet, Rhodes,'n Juno-106
(playin' with the soulvibe of Herbie Hancock) and a sax player who can
outplay just about anyone out there. If you're into funk, you will
definitely love it! (and this comin' from a guy who listens to mostly
trance!) Something not to miss, especially since it's only $7 with a
flyer, I'm gonna hit Shaggy 'o Shay's before ONE that night.
