Fake rare grooves in RE :BUP

Dear List:
In response to the "lister" who wrote about
fake soundtrack, I know the feeling. I dont know if yours is a classic
case of this but I got taken in by Pure records. They released some
comps caleled Pure vol 1-3 that were supposedly obscure funk done by
groups funkin in the aftermath of J.B. THen i got this thing called some
other Kind of meat It was cool but some of it seemed new despite the
story told on the liner notes. Then It happened I biught A 70s Hong
kong(purportedly)
Action flick of the seventies. This was some good J.B sounding shit
that was supposed to be chinese(or maybe jAPANESE)
GUYS IMITATED BLACKSPOITATION SOUNDTRACKS IN THE 70S. it WAS CALLED mR
mOPUNJI OR SOMESUCH.then I JUST GOT THIS THING BY THE SOUL TORNADOES . i
SPOTTED A LOOP HERE BUT i THOUGHT THEY WERE THE ORIGINATORS AS I HAD
ONLY HEARD THE DRUMS NOT THE ACTUAL
source break record. Well one day i read in Urb that this ap /Chines/
whatever thing was a fake albeit well done and of course so is the other
stuff. Dawn breaks the clouds lift. Now I ask was any of the pure stuff
ever real?
