'People Hold On' came after their rather awesome Eric B and Rakim 'Paid in
full' remix and the follow up 'not paid enough' mix. It was the starter from
the 'Whats that Noise?' album which had some really cool stuff on it. Don't
know about growing as spreading, they were already pretty well advanced by
this stage. Mind you, don't forget Yazz and the plastic population.
Lisa Stanstfield benefitted from Armand Van Helden's 'Professional Widow'
remix and recently returned to the UK charts with a mish mash of People Hold
On and Pro Widow. Sorry to get off subject, but you did ask.
